Hi this is Simon. I am an intermediate level running enthusiast. In this video I will show you how to do a long, easy run. I will run for 1 hour or 60 minutes total duration at a natural easy pace. I will show you how to monitor your pace using your breathing and heart rate. Long runs have many aerobic benefits. You will increase your endurance and aerobic capacity. You will encourage better form. Doing this at an easy pace will allow you to attain more miles at an easy pace which will not be so taxing on your body. I hope that this video will encourage you to run as a form of exercise and recreation! This run we are encouraged to run slow and easy.
