Get the Highest Quality Electrolyte euvexia.com . Learn how to do applied kinesiology muscle testing and what applied kinesiology and muscle testing is. Muscle testing is also called Applied Kinesiology (AK) used mainly for chiropractic and nutrition in our office called Nutrition Response Testing. Many try to debunk muscle testing, so we made this video. Muscle testing is used to test function of the brain not the muscle. If you go to a physical therapist they will tell you that a muscle test is testing the muscles, but it is not. A muscle test is testing the brain and in this video demonstration on muscle testing you will not only learn why the brain is being test, but how to muscle test yourself. In our office we use nutrition response testing which uses applied kinesiology. We also use it for applied kinesiology chiropractic.

Thank you for the clear and honest demonstration of muscle testing. There is so much abuse of it on RU-vid. I have been a kinesiologist, and teacher of it for 30+ years and have proven the integrity of this work countless times. Please keep making videos to inform people of this wonderful healing technique. Yes it does take practice, practice, practice......just as learning any art does, but so worthwhile. Many blessings.

Can you do a blind test, where you don't know which foot she has forward, or something? The question is whether the "lock" is real or if you're just pushing harder subconsciously. This is informative, but not convincing. Someone below suggests applying a weight, which would also be good.

My grandmother used to do this with me. She sold herbal supplements and used it as a tool for her practice to test body systems and which herbs would be best and in which amounts. I am looking for more "lock/unlock" points and tools for practicing these methods. She also had a "truth/lie" as lock/unlock method. If I said my name(truth), I would be strong, if I said a different name was mine (lie) it would be weak. She used her electromagnetic field (i.e. finger(s)) on different spots to test different systems, or would hold supplements in my field to see if they had a positive or negative effect. I would love to learn and practice more.

I do this too, I'm glad to see someone has been using this for a long time. I use the term bounce, looking for how strong it is by where the strength ends, because I can find variations in different herbs or supplements, one makes it stronger and one even more stronger and one a little less and one much worse. so it gives a gradation rather than it just a yes no when I can do that.

Very good explanation, thank you! Very clear. Except for the part about putting a finger on the "button" between the eyebrows, and then turning the finger? I was confused by that. Why does it cause a lock one way, and an unlock the other? Are you just turning your finger in the other direction on the same spot? It was hard to tell and I really wanted more clarity on that. @deborahbarges5035
@deborahbarges5035 Год назад
I was taught a two-handed method, thumb and middle finger of one hand with the thumb and middle finger of the other hand around it, and try to open the inner hand after asking the question or testing the substance or having someone poke you in the kidneys if you think your kidneys are bad, that sort of thing. First you test what I call for a bounce or for how the strong it is, not stopping at the Lock but actually going to see where the limit of the strength is. Then do the question or challenge, put something in the mouth like cherry juice or vitamin d, or hold cigarettes up against the chest for the lungs, probably holding it in a shirt if you're using the two-handed method, and test again. Take it away and ask the body if it prefers it not being near the lungs. it's easier to do some of these things if you have a friend looking for what I call the bounce with the arms straight out as he showed, with excellent explanation, so make sure the arms in the right position straight out, and then you can put different substances up against different organs or press your finger against different organs and see if there is a weakness, which usually indicates a weakness in the organ or something bad in the substance. If the bounce is harder to get, if the arm is stronger, the lock requires more strength to press against it, then the substance might be good for you or that organ might be healthier than the rest. again, don't hope, because antioxidants from Hope create the placebo effect, and something might show positive more than it is or even when it's negative. I hope this is useful, I've been using this for decades. And I probably wouldn't be alive without it.

As someone who is learning about this, yet it skeptical (and wants to believe it), have you considered hanging a 2lb weight from the patient’s arm (instead of pushing down)? It seems this kind of test would fully verify that the practitioner isn’t (conscientiously or not) pushing down harder. I’ve suggested this to practitioners before in a class, and it always makes the room uncomfortable, which is discouraging. It was suggested that the weigh won’t work because it would ‘disrupt the circuit’, so I suggested the weight and staying in contact without pushing. Again, it made people uncomfortable. Very frustrating for someone who simply wants to validate something that so many people charge money for.

I was coming back from a 12-step program with a friend trying to explain applied kinesiology. I told him to put his pack of cigarettes, he said he wanted to stop, on a newspaper box on the street, had him put his arm out, and reached for what I call a bounce rather than a lock. I push until it shows just a little bit of bounce. I then gave him the cigarettes to put in his other hand and hold near his chest. I used the pinky of one hand and tapped his arm, and it fell, because of what turned out to be the start of pneumonia which finally got him to stop smoking, along with how weak his arm felt when I tapped it with my pinky. I do find that the increase in antioxidants that is called the placebo effect can interfere with a test if you're very hopeful that it will work and you have an oxidative stress condition. if you don't have an oxidative stress condition, it probably doesn't affect it as much, but it is important not to Hope, or to balance hope with doubt, if you use this to test to see if a nutrient is going to be beneficial, because the body's electrical field only notices the improvement and not what the improvement is from, so mixing antioxidants from Hope, or two nutrients together, and you won't be able to tell whether it's the hope or the nutrient, or which nutrient it is. if you learn to do the two-handed method, I believe there's a one-handed method but I don't know it, then you can actually feel how suddenly one hand has gotten stronger or weaker, and you can judge for yourself.

QUESTION: In a situation where there is a question concerning if a person is remembering something correctly and therefore telling the truth about a situation, can one use muscle testing to ask them a yes or no answer to weather they are telling the truth? And would that muscle testing answer be a 100% reliable answer even though they consciously don't recall that being true? Thank you.
@globalunconscious
@globalunconscious 9 месяцев назад
It is simple to change any yes/no question into a statement that tests positive or negative. Did the events take place as stated? This is a yes/no question. Now changing it to a statement. The events took place as stated. Now this statement can be tested for positive or negative response. The theory is that you do not need to know anything about the statement. You SHOULD be able to put statements on pieces of paper and put them in envelopes and mix them up and then hold the envelope and say: "The statement I'm holding is true." The universe and thus YOU should know the answer whether you are conscious of it or not, because the theory is that we are all ONE and your consciousness has access to the WHOLE at all times.

i was put off muscle testing by an unscrupulous con artist. she had a range of general food items ( test subjects)of well handled toxic acid produced empty cardbaord packets which were printed with toxic petroleum based inks which she got me to hold in one hand, then with my other hand make a loop with thumb and forefinger. She would link her thumb and forefinger through mine and pull away after anouncing what her food was she testing for, if there was little resistance, it was deemed not good for me if there was a strong link then it was ok .... I quickly learned that all the stuff i liked and wanted to keep eating i just had to squeeze tighter. she could also influence the test by announcing the food and slowly starting the pressure or just pulling away quickly. in all these tests surely if it were true there should be a reaction to the toxic packet as the raw ingredients were not placed in my hand. plus if this were true we would not need lab equipment to analise food content, just hold it in your hand. what a croc-ov-schidt This sham con-artist is a disgrace not only to the health humanity, but to our inteligence. it wasn't cheap either $$$$ I guess i went along with it because like all shams i so wanted it to be true.!!!

When I hear that you have to pee a lot I think of nutritional deficiencies. I also am aware of research like Uee Gröber's magnesium and drugs, or Seelig's research in 1990 on two groups of hypertensive patients, where all of them were normal magnesium in serum but 80% did not excrete it when given intravenously. I'm not saying it's magnesium to check, because calcium may also be low and if they get out of balance when they're low you can get a heart attack no matter which one is higher than the other. Which is one of the things I test for regularly when I do them with my fibromyalgia induced nutritional deficiencies and cardiac issues, and it's kept me out of the emergency room for more than 9 months. but better than applied kinesiology is to get a complete hair mineral analysis, because hope can it create a placebo effect and interfere with answers. and the hair mineral analysis shows what your nutrients are like even when you are asleep and your body is functioning differently, and serum nutrient testing doesn't do that ever. then remember that if you have any health condition that they could all improve at once, suddenly leaving with you with medication too strong as this happened to me. If I had been driving when my diabetes suddenly went away after I take an insulin, and not near food, it could have been fatal. But for trying to adapt the doses I find that if I can keep my mind neutral, not hopeful and not fearful, that adapting the doses to what I need figuring out what I should do is best handled with applied kinesiology testing all the nutrients, taking them at the dose, asking if I've got it balanced correctly. if you live in area which does not have hard water for you to drink in bathe in, then you need to check silica which the FDA says we don't need but it's necessary for cardiovascular walls for correct blood pressure in rats, so probably enough, and magnesium, calcium, lithium which you can get over the counter in much lower doses and is in water that your ancestors might have adapted to, and zinc and other nutrients that occasionally come in water. That's also why hair mineral analysis, it's cheaper getting them all at once than it is with serum. That's why healthy food may not be enough, other than genetic issues like pyrrole syndrome, malabsorption that happens often in autism supposedly, and just random genetic differences. also because you aren't getting these nutrients in water and since silica is ignored by the FDA, it's not in vitamins either. The bamboo form must be heated to the point of boiling to get rid of cyanide, but otherwise is one of the better forms for me, but you can test with applied kinesiology for what is the best for you, but you should also test again taking it orally and after you've taken it to see how your body liked it after the fact, because I find that the body sometimes misses problems until after it has experienced them. Then the next time it gives me the warning not to do something again or to take more of it. If you think of applied kinesiology as hot and cold or yes and no answers, with strong or weak, as a tool and not magic and not perfect, then you can use it intentionally and scientifically.

Yes, there are a lot of us that use this technique. I find it to be very accurate. Patients and I are surprised by it a lot. I have had patients confide with the front desk that they didn't tell me all their issues and the muscle testing found the issues. Like I said in the video it can be used incorrectly, but when done correctly the results are amazing.

Dr. Sten Ekberg, I’m far from an expert but to me it seems like they are moving towards a more holistic approach.

Yes. Like you said earlier people are realizing mainstream medicine isn't working. It is more of a sick care than health care system when people wait for a symptom and use medicine or surgery as the solution. True prevention is never having a symptom.

Do you not find a clear circuit 1st and address the switching? Surely you cant have an accurate indicator muscle response without doing this 1st.
@drekberg
@drekberg 5 лет назад
You find the locked indicator muscle first, then you check blocked and switched regulation to ensure that the nervous system is processing accurately.

Thank you for replying but you just repeated what I said. My point being that this was not made clear in the video. Even if you get a locked IM, if your client is switching like she is in the video, further testing will be inaccurate. You know this. I just would have liked you to address correcting her switching in the video as this is quite a powerful demonstration to sceptics out there. And also, I am quite curious which specific muscle your were testing?

The system not recognizing what's wrong with itself is known as dysautomnia now. Literally, the autonomic system isn't working correctly. I have been using applied kinesiology for decades, and found that if you have an oxidative stress condition, being too hopeful when you use it For yes no answers for things like, is this nutritional supplement going to be good for me? Or is this food going to be good for me? That the hope can improve the health more then perceiving the substance in the electrical field or in the mouth might do nothing or even be slightly harmful. I have had to learn to keep my mind neutral to get correct answers. Over using it, which I certainly have done in the process of trying to get correct healthcare on my own when I wasn't getting it otherwise, and the body starts to prioritize the nutrient to see what it will do, ending with a condition called somatic syndrome not otherwise specified, where the body overreacts to everything around it. I was on a medication that caused an oxidative stress condition with intermittent fibromyalgia. I had no choice but you should be careful not to overdo it. Because it is very effective. When doctors started making mistakes, I was able to catch them and figure out what to do about it using applied kinesiology. Two and a half years ago, my psychiatrist accused me of not taking medication, I had pills with a timer cap on it to prove myself, but that's how bad it was. After 25 years mind you of psych care, because I didn't think to ask whether the psych meds were good for me. We spoke a little over 2 months ago, and he told me that he didn't recognize me on the phone because of how much better I am. I was able to pinpoint not only the cause of my fibromyalgia which was sudden onset, but three things that removed the chemical involved, it's not always a chemical involved, and an electrical waveform that broke the chemical, irreversibly bonded otherwise, apart. I wouldn't have been able to get the information of what wasn't wasn't working, think of it as like hot and cold when you are looking for something, without the applied kinesiology. I hope to get well enough to where I just have to ask at the end of what I'm doing, did I do good enough? Which won't prioritize nutrients, and if I get a yes, I'm done with it for the day. This is very very very very effective, and I couldn't have gotten my chiropractic care and now my health care on my own with fibromyalgia that the doctor simply can't get work with, without it.

0:40 What, no introduction of your assistant? Gee whiz. ----->>> Maybe I'm too negative and that's why muscle testing doesn't work for me. lol! Is she standing on a scale and so that's how you know it's 2lbs of pressure? 6:08 I had surgery where they inserted a camera into my belly button to reach my uterus and remove an ovarian cyst. Would that block the energy flow? My waist has expanded from 33 to 38 in a year! My periods stopped abruptly also from a very regular 28 day cycle to zero right after surgery, she did not remove my other ovary and my uterus is still in place. Sorry to those who think this is TMI but I'm at a loss as to what's wrong.

This is a great magic trick. I love magic and psychology. What happens is this dude changes where his hand and pressure is slightly. It's great misdirection. Hard to see. He pushed down on the wrist to unlock, and towards the body at a 45 degree closer towards the elbow for locked. It's easy to see when you know where to look. Penn and teller taught me a lot. Its a great way to trick someone and possibly yourself.

Can you please direct me to a legitimate study, that validates efficacy of this testing procedure? There is nothing on Pubmed. This testing is all subjective from both practitioner AND the patient (psychosomatic response) this is pure garbage.

I feel like this wouldn’t look like such a scam if you had an actual machine or device stand that applied the pressure so it’s exact and demonstrable. A person just pressing down and the patient or a third party has to just trust the same amount of pressure is applied and that there’s no nonsense going on. Why not go the more scientific and exact pressure settings. I’ve seen kinesiologists with basically fake “I’m pressing hard” too many times

I am looking for a practitioner skilled at some type of energy testing. I would like to treat parasites and I would like to be tested to see which treatments test the best for me. I have samples of the treatments and I am working with a licensed medical doctor who will write prescriptions and monitor my blood work. I find this video very useful for what I would need to test medications to take. Please get back to me as I'm having a hard time to fi d someone here in Canada- Toronto ontario. I just need to be guided as to what to do from here.
