Yoga For Beginners - How to do downward dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
If downward facing dog is your nemesis - don't worry, I've got you!
In this video I'll guide you through ways to make downward dog feel (hopefully) a little bit nicer in your body.
We'll look at how to:
* Strengthen and use your hands to support weak or easily fatigued wrists
* Work on shoulder flexibility and strength
* Lengthen your spine
* Work on hamstring flexibility
We'll work through ways to strengthen and lengthen these different areas AND I'll show you some variations of downward dog which you can use instead to ease pressure, tension or pain in these areas.
