Thanks Daisy!! 🧡 I can't remember now which ones I mention in the video but I like labelling thoughts as as 'present, past or future', or labelling things as 'story' if it's something that my mind is making up. You can also use 'feeling' or 'sensation' if it's a physical sensation (rather than a thought) that takes your attention away from your breath. We all have our own thoughts patterns though so you can play around with finding words that feel the most appropriate for your thoughts 🧡

Also , loved the phrase when you said "don't worry if your feet aren't touching the floor, that's just 'where they are heading' " made me feel fine for not being the most flexible but like my feet would get there sometime! hah
