How do you stop social anxiety affecting you? It is possible to teach your brain to be less anxious and fearful about social situations, events or places so you can feel more able to do things and enjoy life with more freedom. In this video, I share the secret that you can use little by little to quieten that anxious response, shift your thinking and start proving to your brain that it’s okay so you can start to feel more confident. These steps allow you to expose yourself gradually to situations you’ve been fearful of in the past and gradually move forward and beat social anxiety one step at a time, at a pace that works for you. I also share some additional tips that will help you achieve greater success.

I’m registered with professional bodies, (AfSFH-Reg, MNCH-Reg, CNHC-Reg, MNCP), and I’m committed to the highest standards, following a professional code of conduct.
