Perfect timing! Super helpful! So, just last week I decided that I'm going to start figuring out this whole sleep problem of mine. Step #1 was cutting way down on the caffeine. In one week, my anxiety has come down a little, my blood pressure has come down, and my sleep has improved a little. I honestly think anxiety is the ringleader of the circus here.
Glad it was helpful. Reducing caffeine intake will definitely help too and any other activities that help your relax and reduce stress and anxiety will gradually make a difference to calm your mind and body so you can sleep better day by day.

Now I am going to go to another room to meditate and read and will come back to bed after that - and try then 😊 and that thing about chocolate was surprising... Please keep making these videos.
