I’ve had anxiety for years. Diagnosed GAD, panic disorder as well as PTSD, however the PTSD isn’t really a forefront issue currently, it’s mostly generalised. There have been seasons in my life where the symptoms haven’t been as bad but recently they have been the worst. I’m currently switching medication from Escitalopram over to Venlafaxine, I’m hoping this will work. This video however has been a Godsend! This has helped me many times in the last few weeks, thank you so much! I find if I’m having a panic attack, I can’t really sit still to complete it but just doing it when I’m not so panicked helps set me up really well for whatever’s happening during the day. Really grateful.
I have listened to your video about once a day. It really helps with my anxiety. I am able to really relax. Thank you for providing high quality meditation.

I've been listening to your videos for a couple of months, and it has helped with my anxiety, I take a break in the afternoon and listen to one of your videos to reset. I then can get on with the rest of the day without feeling so tense. Thank you Andrew.
Something happened to my mind in February this year which has caused my loss of control of my emotions. I have tried many different hypnosis to no avail. Im hoping that with this repeated hypnosis session, that I could become myself again. I dont feel like me. I feel no interest in anything ive previously loved to do. I hope this helps. I cannot afford to pay for services because if i could you would be my number one. i have 3 young children and so much pressure to succeed with my parents both passing away one in 2015 and the other in 2021. i have nobody to talk to.

I wish you would have more reminders to keep breathing deeply as it goes, I tend to breathe very little and shallowly and then I’m slowly pulled into wakefulness and boredom
Thank you for the advice. I especially like the idea of distracting myself when these thoughts come up. I'm going through a break up and was hurt a great deal. My emotions have been all over the place and have been dwelling on it. Walking and exercising help relieve the stress. Thanks again.

Just discovered the channel and really getting a lot out of the videos that are more relevant to my emotional needs. Have you thought about doing a session on health anxiety? (My motives for this question are both selfish and altruistic)
