Fantastic tutorial really helpful, really helped me understand the different versions of the pose that I keep seeing on line. I ve just got to try and stop falling over!!! You make it look very easy 👍
Oh I love you videos!!! You are so knowledgeable! May I know your profession because I am so amazed. You know so much. You explain so well, not just showing your audience.
Thanks for such a lovely comment! I am a yoga teacher but have studied a lot of biology in the past so have quite good anatomy knowledge! I love teaching, and do lots of little helpful posts on my Instagram account @livinleggings 🥰
Yoga With Liv i already followed you. I will share you account to my friends. I’ve been watching many yoga videos in RU-vid but yours is one of a kind because you explain it so well. I am hoping to see you grow big one day!! Please keep posting videos because they are really helpful. ❤️
I can balance in the shoulder pressure pose pretty well. I didn't understand what you're saying prevents straightening the legs. Is it strength or flexibility that's preventing me from straightening out all the way? I usually have flexible hamstrings, I can forward fold fairly well. Does it just take really strong quads to pull the legs straight?
Thanks for the excellent thorough well detailed instruction. A little follow up, after a few months of devoted attempts I can finally reliably hold firefly with my legs extended. It didn't make sense to me that it required so much strength to straighten my legs so I kept thinking I was missing something, but it took quite a bit of strength to straighten my legs (along with some balance and flexibility) but what I was missing was mostly strength.
