Trikonasana or Utthita Trikonasana ( triangle pose or extended triangle pose )
It is a standing pose in which you make a triangle .
Trikonasana is done by widening the legs apart and at last the palm is on the ankle , floor or any props like block ,chair etc .
There are endless benefits of Trikonasana :
1. stretching the sides of the trunk and spine .
2. Flexibility in the spine and groin, hamstrings , calves , shoulder .
3.strengthening of legs , knees ,ankles ,arms and chest .
4.Stability increases .
5.Stimulating the organs .
6 .Gives a relief in Lower back pain .
Trikonasana can be practiced by anyone even by an old but with using of props by giving some variations………except pregnant women .
