Hi, I am struggling to fold my legs fully for vrksasana. My knees and thighs are tight and stiff and I have hurt my knees previously. Do you have any tips on how I can train my knees to fold more?
As a PT student I would kindly advise you to delete this video as it is completely wrong. If you have acute pain of the ischiadicus nerve and you do thos exercise you bring tension on the nerve and nerve root which will cause pain and most likely worsen the symptoms. Also the Lumbar spine is not in traction, it is in flexion which most of the time worsenes the symptomes. ✌🏼 I know you‘re trying to help but this is not the way unfortunately!
