I did these right away. I used a chair instead of a box since I am at home… I think that my muscles are conditioned for them bcz I didn’t have a problem doing them but I’m sore so they did their job… thank you 🙏

@@wayfarer13 you won't believe me! I wanted to see where my level was at and I managed to do some from the bottom and them some from the top and back up. I think I was too tight and fatigued from training when I was training for it.
Yes....haha...Well a small weight can be your water bottle if needed (of course it can all be done bodyweight only) & the box can be any elevated surface (I have done these on a dining table before...probably not appropriate & hygienic, but can be done if you're willing to clean your table) hahaha. In my head this seemed doable for most people in their home.
Hi , many thanks for your exercices which are very good. Do you have exercises for hawaiin squat , as it us a very hard squat. I know that it can take about one year to ba able to do it. Many thanks for your help. Sunny regards Patrick
