I have went through countless videos, coaches as well as looking through the comments to find anything like my situation. In a nutshell, how do you implement "no contact" when you've got kids together? They're all young too and this is harder than it sounds to have no contact when you have to have contact due to the kids. Anyone going through this or have advice for those of us with kids going through this?

My problem is that my ex text me only for the kids if I'm going to pick them up from school and I really want her to deal by herself with all the pick up the kids etc... she needs to learn her mistake.

After blowing up his phone, begging and pleading now on 12 days no contact.
