I'm always getting asked how do I hit my protein goals? It's honestly not that difficult, here are loads of different food ideas for you to try.
How much you should aim for a day will depend on your weight, your goals etc. You can find calculators on google that'll help, or start with around 1.2g per kg of weight and see how you go.
