Virginia Larraine Hall indeed. Mine was removed as my gallbladder was so badly inflamed it caused my pancreas to be inflamed which made me very poorly. I don’t have diabetes at all.
I think doctors don’t tell people the facts of how hard it is to live without a gallbladder. There are things one can do before taking such a drastic measure. You do need your gallbladder!!!
@@monaes.3761 I’m sorry I just saw this. How did it go? Fasting for three days about once a month. Look up gallbladder and Dr Berg. He has a lot of good videos. Don’t eat processed foods. Eat Whole Foods and cut out the sugar and carbs. Many things you can do to help yourself!
@@monaes.3761eat more fat and less carbs and sugars. I followed a low fat diet all the way to the operating table having my gallbladder. My doctor advised I could live without it but never offered dietary changes like more fat to avoid surgery. The stones I had were from a lack of dietary fat.
Got it! Eat digestive enzymes, hydrochloride acid, animal based enzyme with a little bit of amylase a sprinkle of protease and a pinch of lipase. I will also be in the look out for betaine hydrochloride and specters. Will not forget the mana genex, metajest. Great help! Thanks!
I think there is a real over-eagerness by doctors to take out gallbladders that don't even need removal. I was in the hospital for what turned out to be just a really bad case of food poisoning but, in scanning me to figure it out they discovered that I have some gall stones and were gearing up to remove my gallbladder "Just as a precaution". No. That is my gallbladder and you can't have it. Too many people let doctors talk them into this.
My gallbladder was removed due to a large stone not pre diabetes it was blocking the duct from releasing bile. I have struggled with weight gain since even with healthy eating and exercise - will try digestive enzymes hope that helps
I don't have a gall bladder either. My stool is normal color and consistency eating 3000-4000 calories per day, at 70-80% fat dietary intake. It's never greasy or light. That means bile is mixing in just fine.. the bile comes out of the liver at a steady stream.
@@tjgrafiks I don't think they adjust the output of the liver.. it does what it wants. The liver always produces a steady steram of bile with or without gall bladder
@@jenniferw8963 not the output of the liver the ducts from the liver that went to the Gallbladder. they can adjust it so too much bile doesn't flow out too fast
Why didn't anyone call this bullshit? 2100 calories a day MINIMUM of just fat and no issue? How does anyone eat that much fat in a day? What kind of diet needs that much fat? 😂😂
@@Adgale without gall bladder you will always use the liver to work overtime. I skip pig/red meat, only eating chicken or fish every 2. day. Having chronic pain in the stomach in 2019 it helped me to do a total medical flush of the colons(you can also do meditation or pay a nurse to flush feces out). Eating vegetables cooked or just warmed is the best. Too much stomach acid I lower eating raw pieces of ginger in the night time.
Recently I have gone through gallblader removal surgery also done with endoscopy and colonoscopy. But now grains are not digestable in my body so what will be the replacement of grains please let me know because everyday I face diahrhea
@@sonainahiba1547 Gallbladder has nothing to do with grains. If you have diarrhea after eating grains you should suspect celiac disease which is the small intestine not gallbladder.
I’m eating the same after gallbladder removal 5 weeks ago. No issues at all when eating. I eat lots of vegetables and stopped eating process foods a year ago. My sugars have always been fine. Eat real food do your body good. I take digestive enzymes only if im Having a high protein meal . I have been taking a Liver GB supplement for over a year to help bile flow.
The reason I gave you a thumbs down is because I was expecting you to give us an idea in English maybe not in a doctor's terms what foods were good for us and what foods to stay away from and as far as the medication to take that can help us you went so fast I didn't understand everything. You can put up on the board right the different things that we need to take that can help us out write it down 1 through 5 or whatever so we can actually know how to spell it and know what to look for is this over the counter is this prescriptions only I didn't get anything you said you didn't say it and fifth grade terms LOL
I agree. Thought I would listen to another dr advise on GB but this info was difficult to digest. So glad Dr. Eric Berg on RU-vid is so much more easy to understand.
You talk so freakin' fast that I still have no idea which brand name enzyme supplements you are recommending. You rattle off medicinal compounds so quickly that I can't understand what you're saying. Honestly, it was a waste of time watching this.
You pronounce the "key words" of what you should use really fast and not clear to understand. Maybe show it on the video what is is you are saying what it is exactly that people should use with no galblatter, I listenend to it 3 times and still don't know what it is what you are saying!!
Ilona van Galen He is talking about the digestive enzymes Lipase , amilase and peptase. This are natural enzymes our body creates , but you can find suplements enzymes based on these 3 to help you digest . Hope it help.
Had mine taken out 2 weeks ago can eat anything and no pain.only downside to surgery was an allergic reaction to the anaesthetic which nearly fricking killed me but doctor said we only take gallbladders out if we need to not for the fun of it so good luck everybody.x
Can you weigh in on a conflicting issue like Omeprazole for GERD which would decrease hydrochloric acid? 2. Are pancreatic enzyme supplements better/different than bile salts for digestion?
Are these digestive enzymes over the counter or available without prescription? I am a nurse working in northern Saskatchewan in a remote and isolated Native American community. I had a patient present with pain after eating who had her gallbladder removed a year earlier. I suggested follow up with the nurse practitioner the next morning, but when I discussed the patient with the nurse practitioner, she was very resistant to the idea of trying digestive enzymes to help this patient. Do you have any links or resources that I can provide our nurse practitioner for educational purposes?
Did you, a doctor, really just say the number one reason for gallbladder removal is diabetes?? I'm not a doctor but I'm 100 percent certain the number one reason is gallstones. Also, the name of this video is, "how to eat without a gallbladder" and you didn't mention even one thing that you should or shouldn't eat, you just threw out two supplements. You should go into practice with the ER doctor I saw when I was having upper right quadrant pain who, when I suggested it was my gallbladder, said nope, can't be, your gallbladder is down here and pointed to where my appendix was.
I had mine removed also,...almost a year now..I don't take enzymes. Make sure I take apples and banana smoothie everyday or other day..after meals..sometimes late at night to help my liver.. I reside in Africa. We have good fresh foods here.
Yes good point. Gallbladder has nothing to do with diabetes and yes dumbass ER doctors are a sideshow unto theirselves. Anyone can be a doctor these days but there aren't any true professionals anymore.
for me it took eating the foods rich in those vitamins to replace in my system. I also can't keep potassium or salt in my system and da you know without potassium your heart can't beat and extreme lack of salt can cause your brain to swell which can kill you, I eat at least one large banana or two small each day and because I loose salt so quickly I tank sea salt and only sea salt. also because white processed sugar is so toxic to people with no gallbladder I use only NGMO pure organic cane sugar. stay away from all processed foods and I have begun taking pure unfiltered honey and cinnamon, one tbl. spoon of honey to one tsp. cinnamon which makes me sleep all night. I also highly recommend Jordan Rubens book THE MAKERS DIET and he and his buddie Dr Josh Axe iTunes program or Dr josh axe.com I live and swear by them, they have been truly a blessing to me and mine. pills will never NEVER help anyone that has had their gallbladder removed, you must look to the non GMO foods to keep you healthy
@@gaylegrim6677 how do you know if the pills don't help you? You mentioned your body doesn't absorb the pills. Did you get that from a blood test? I had my gallbladder removed & been eating normal and wasn't aware of the side effects bcuz my dr said it was fine.
try taking an emulsifier like lecithin, which can be found at most vitamin shops. He suggests digestive enzymes, which can often be found in a supplement alongside ox bile. NOW and Swanson both have affordable digestive enzyme supplements with ox bile, that you can take with every meal. They really help.
Thanks! Was a tad bit difficult to extract the needed enzymes to take but I managed to get it. Needing help bc I started the Keto diet but wow, trying to learn how much is too much. Blessings
Well no way in heck was i keeping mine i was sick for months and after doing a hida scan only showed my gb ejection fraction at 20% i was more than happy to give it up.
This is bordering on disinformation. Processed carbs are of course bad, but fat, and especially animal fat, are also a major contributor to insulin resistance. The main reason for gallbladder removal is a high fat/high processed fat diet, and the two usually go together in most junk and packaged food.
Hi Doctor.. my gallbladder was soild rock I had it removed becuz of the pain it was so bad. It's been 2weeks since surgery n I get full fast with just my hand size palm worth. I've been eating soup instant mash potatoes for now.. my question is is Lean Cusen frozen meal ideal for me?
my gall bladder was rmovd rcently i n december 20 i still face sm difficlties in dijesting some foods so now im back on a strict diet such as yogurt bannannas crackers jello and broths and popsicles until i can controll the acid inside my stomache
What digestive enzymes did you recommend? I had my gallbladder out and have upped my healthy fat consumption, but have gained weight. I’m pretty sure I’m insulin resistant.
Katie C. WingsNthingsStudio Go on LCHF diet ! Works low carb less than 50 grams per day! No grains , no potatoes no fruits , no sugars lost 40lbs and have kept it off .
Hey Dr Mark I am Getting my gallbladder surgery this Thursday I am getting it out my doctor told me 25 precent of it is not working good I kinda blame myself that it got bad maybe I was eating to much of junk food fatty foods and drinking to much pop and energy drinks I been getting a lot of pain in my smotach and on my sides and lower back sometimes but I am going to take your advice to eat healthy by eating fruits and vegetables and drinking a lot of water I am sad I am getting it out what are the side effects after surgery?
I’m sorry to hear you are getting your gallbladder removed. I had mine out unnecessarily because of much miscommunication, misdiagnosis, wrong tests, doctors not caring and covid where nothing was being done for patients. Wait 1 1/2 years of excruciating pain and ended up in emergency room where I almost died with the real problem, duodenal ulcer that could have been treated with right test, diagnosis, medication. But instead my ulcer perforated from waiting so long. Stay far away from medical doctors and medicines unless emergency. Doctors only know how to do surgery and prescribe meds. They are not there to help prevent disease, only treat it once you have it. It’s harder be sick than it is to prevent it. Please with everything possible eat well, simple. Food industry, medical profession, pharmaceutical companies are designed to keep us sick. Please look into healthful ways to eat. ❤️
mujha koi Fark nhi pada- 25mm, 29mm 4mm 7mm ki patri thi, Sab try krna ka vaad maina last me ik Our Ayurveda ki dawa li 2800rs ki tab 2 months se sab nikal gyi,
Hi good night Dr. Hyman i had my gallbladder removed since i was 1year and three months along with liver. It was due to liver tumor, i am 37 now and gain weight around my stomach i tried a diet plan exercise and nothing seems to move this stubborn tummy fat. What can i do.
I repeat and I repeat again do not get your gallbladder taken out whatever you do. It is your essential Organ do whatever you can to heal your gallbladder only if you are dying that’s when you should have it removed
@@ImForgivenToo No doctor in Uk will look after gb . NHS get money for cutting things out. Tomorrow at 7 AM mine is going to be removed. Felling bad about loosing part of my body. I kind of ... connected with my gb very much ! :)
He is crazy just didnt like him… if u dont have gallbladder u need purified bile salts everyday and see the difference i had mine removed 9yrs back and after lot of research and doing lot many praticals listening to more n more people like him I realised the bile salt capsules worked best for me and initially it was tough as ur body is trying hard to get used to it and slowly n gradually if u dont give up it does wonders and u r able to digest the good properties of everything u eat
Hello I had my gallbladder removed 15 years ago. I have dried digestive enzymes and get terrible pain and burning in my upper gullet. Can you explain why I cant take them . I don't take ox bile because I have been vegetarian most of my life. Please can you advice thank you
I am sorry you have had difficulty taking enzyme pills. Check Garden of Life Raw Enzymes. Since it’s vegetarian capsules, maybe you can open the capsule and mix with a drink.
You don't look so good doc. Hollow eyes, jaundiced skin... And your jawline needs fixed. Haven't you gotten enough money being a "doctor" to get your face fixed? Bless your heart...
