is it wise to try asking if they have an idea of how they think the process would work better, or better still.....are there things they think should work better?
Hi Stanley, thanks for watching. Yes you can ask about how they think the process would work better, however I caution against having problem discovery conversation mixed in with solutioning. You should focus on understanding the problem before you try to solution it.
