I worked at Carls Jr for a few years Quang, and the Honey Mustard is a powder base, with mayonnaise and vinegar, and then we just mix it up, and package it into those containers, they used to be a lot bigger when I worked there.

I'm the same. When i do a 7 day water only fast. All I watch is food channels. It's like seeing the food fillls the cravings to eat. Once I see it I feel full and no longer have the cravings.

Went to dubai for work last week and my co workers told me that fast food game over there is way better than usa and canada so tried it... and it was a bad mistake for 7 days straight ive feasted on every fast food restaurant there.. the mcdonalds has like 20+ more burgers than the US!! And they are soooo frekin good. But yeah maybe an idea for the future for you to travel and try different food?

Hey! This is a great question! Its like this my friend. My morning are usually my "Cheat Meal" I stay within my calorie intake. Since I am eating this in the morning. I workout and jog after. I'm usually moving throughout my day and by the next meal I do eat. Its usually a lean, high source protein and some shakes to finish off my night. Another jog at night and sleep. Haha Calories wise, its like this. Consume 800 Calories in the morning, give or take. Weight lifting burns maybe around 400-600 Calories depending on how hard I do. I jog for 20 minutes which burns around 200 calories. So this pretty "cancels out" the calories I had in the morning. Then it just goes lean protein veg meals and a few shakes another jog and boom bam, I'm leaning out! Hahah I hope this makes sense my friend
Quan you need to try what we call a burger with 'the lot' here in Australia which has,burger Pattie,cheese,lettuce,tomatoes,onion,beetroot,bacon,egg,pineapple. And Sauce is either ketchup or bbq sauce,some places even add mayo.Just a suggestion bro,Love your videos, you're a top bloke.
