Thank you so much for making a video on this. I had requested it in the comments of one of your other videos and it absolutely means a lot that you are taking the requests seriously and creating awesome content out of it. And honestly, I have read multiple blogs, seen multiple videos about the basics of starting up and personally had been struggling a lot with the testing of ideas phase, it all felt very subjective and i didn't know how to make the right decision. In almost every piece of startup advice, it's about just make a website and run facebook ads, but your comment about the internal evaluation first, and doing it in this structured manner has completely changed my perspective. Thank you very very much.

1. a. internal evaluation b. external evaluation a :- -> the idea should be big enough and are user willing to pay for it ? (or in case of B2B , is it touching small companies but able to get high revenue) -> is your idea meeting a very strong human need ? (vo 5 need jo dekhayi video m ) -> can your product beat your competitor b :- -> if your startup idea pass the internal evaluation then go for external evaluation, without discussing with too many people -> build a low cost prototype and scale way of bringing 1st coustomer

Really loved it. I am stuck and need your help. I co-founded a company and it failed and I had to close it. Now it's been 2-3 times I have been in the phase of scouting startup ideas and most of the ideas seem equally pursuable to me. Ideally, I should do what you said in this video but I have not worked extensively in a particular domain hence I am not able to find a business problem to solve. How to decide which idea I should work on?

Great video thanks. A question please.. Sometimes the response to feedback for something new (especially entertainment) is negative, and worst of all it comes without explanation on what the responder doesn't like. "It's trash" being the typical response. If this is not just my own bias from my experience, how is best to engage with groups to gain a more in depth feedback when using social media.

Hi Sir, It is a great video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Talking about a video suggestion! Would be great if you can make a video on "Things to take care while scaling a startup (Product level, Operational wise, marketing, Human resource etc)", that would really help many of us.
