Thank you so much for making this series! Thanks to it and you I was able to rig my first model ever! It was just a test to better understand the software and how-to, I learned a lot and I understand where I made mistakes in my cutting, but it was worth it!
Speaking from both of our experiences, Google Mediapipe is LEAGUES better than RTX. It's the closest that PC/Android users can get to the iOS face-tracking and will continue to be updated with more research. and in my personal opinion, chupu tutorials hit different because they're approachable and engaging (dead space is cut out, voice tone is the same you would when performing/giving a speech, etc.)~ I have misophonia personally, so I always appreciate tutorials that cut straight to the point and also have cleaner audio to listen to. Accessibility!
I looove all your tutorials! It's so helpful, and easy for my potato brain to understand!! Could you possibly make a tutorial on how to make expressions in live 2D? I tried making an expression for my model, but it was a round about way of rigging it, and it didn't look very smooth. So I need help hehe. I've tried to watch other vids on it, but it was kinda hard to understand it.
hey chupuko! quick question! i followed ur tutorial EXCEPT i used the new ai function for face motion - and i exported my model and in vts, but my face angles x, y, and z don’t show up when i move my face; has that happened for u/do u know a possible solution for that?
I've gotten most of the parameters to work (sorta) but I'm not having luck with the Mouth Smile. It recognizes the smiley ones but won't also have the frowny ones. I tried upping the difference between values, but it either would cut out both neutral and negative forms or cut out all neutral and positive forms. I also tried using the numbers from Live2d, but that didn't work either.
If certain things aren't moving in vtube studio try changing the output on vtube studio to the input param you made if that doesn't wotk there's something else wrong with the model.
mommy chupuko, i've followed all your tutorial closely but why my mouth stayed in place and didn't follow the movement of my big head 🥹 do you have any idea on why is it happening? :(
Quick question, do i have to make an entire folder for the files that don’t say .moc3? And do i have to use that as well for my model to run correctly? Or do i only need the .moc3 file?
