There is a small disadvantage of the technique. When you open the txt. file directly in Excell you have no opportunity to set configuration in advance. In this case figures containing decimal points will be displayed as date. To prevent that you can copy all the data from the txt and paste those in the preconfigured Excell file. But anyway thank you for the video, it's really clearly and useful!

Muy bueno, amigo tengo una duda como podría hacer lo mismo (con todas las tablas de cantidades) pero con dynamo de tal manera que si cambio las cantidades en revit estas se vean reflejadas de manera automáticamente en excel. le agradecería de todo corazón la ayuda. saludos desde COLOMBIA.

I think exporting to excel is unnecessary. The best way is to edit directly in Revit with a spreadsheet like editor. A good example is this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UcX1Chw7pnA.html
