How to feel your feelings? Practical emotion carriers

Hi everyone! In recent months I have been going through some things, healing my traumas and doing inner child work. While doing it, I noticed that some days it was really difficult to allow myself to feel and just stay with whatever was coming up. Upon doing some reading, I realized that there are activities that can help to connect with emotions and let them move through me. I called them "emotional carriers" as they helped to keep the flow going and found them extremely beneficial, when used with an intent. I really hope my suggestions will help you to get in touch with yourself and stay in a present moment, even when it's not so very pleasant.

fantastic! I would definitely add doing art on your list! Sometimes expressing myself through color works the best, when I am at loss of words... Great stuff!!!

One of the first coaches I had suggested I take a look at a photo of me as a child and it really helped me overcome battles I didn't even realize still existed. I also journal regularly and focus on having gratitude for everything currently in my life. These are all really valuable and helpful tips Vita! Thank you so much :)

Hi Vita, I hope this message finds you safe and well. I feel gratitude for coming across your video. I'm in the stage of healing where I am learning how to step back into my body and feel these emotions. I am learning that it is okay to receive guidance from others, that I do not have to do anything on my own. So I am grateful for coming across your RU-vid channel and the information you can share with me on how to feel again.
