Great flow under 10mins for solid basics. I'll add "proper fist" is important, also "not get fooled by sizes differences" (mental is important aspect, that's why drunks are more loose to fight), AND liver shots are very efficient while most people always go for the head. My combo: feint loading uppercut (which is easy to counter when thrown alone at distance, experienced will prep for it and beginner will think/freeze...that's the bait and also protects me from a fast jab "Rocky Marciano style", then move to left hook to the liver (blocked or not) immediately followed by left hook to the head😵. p.s. on your channel you do not cover "running away" or "kicking in the nuts" 😁

@@biggamingseries4327 you can only « boxe » properly if you put yourself in the spar situation. Obviously learning the form is essential but actual fighting is even more. Use this video as an entry to the world of boxing but not as an end goal. Keep up the work brothers and the progress will come fast !!
@@biggamingseries4327 you can't learn to box from RU-vid you need a coach or spar with people, hit a pad, but this will help with form so you'll be ahead of other beginners.
