hello prasad, as per my 8 years online selling experience 80% buyers are fraud and 20% sellers are fraud..nice video but you have make a video for seller because these days buyer done fraud with online sellers and there is no solution for this... hope u understand the pain of the seller also....

Now these days all buyers know about the policies so they create fake issue against seller..... Buyer have only 1 fraud case for handel so they have time for this but seller received many fake claims daily they don't have time to fight against that kind of fraud case... that's why buyer got refund from website... after getting the refund buyer share this with frends like this (abe tujhe pata hai mene website walo ko chu banaya or saman bhi rakh liya or refund bhi le liya)

I have a concern regarding online shopping of my Laptop on Flipkart. 1) I ordered a laptop on 17th Feb 2021 on Flipkart and the delivery was to be done till 22nd Feb. 2) I waited till 22nd Feb but the laptop was not delivered. Then I contacted Flipkart Support Team and they told me that due to some reason it was delayed but will be delivered by 28th Feb. 3) Then I was waiting and in-between this I got a call from Flipkart and they told me that "Due to some technical issues your product will not be delivered on the promised date. So, you can cancel the order and place a fresh new order within 7 days from day of cancellation if you want the price difference back."(Here price difference = present price of the laptop - the price at which I ordered it). 4) I waited for 7days but couldn't get the refund of my cancelled order. (According to Flipkart, refund will be completed on or before 9th March). 5) In this condition, how can I place a new fresh order because it's a huge amount (More than Rs.50k) and it's very difficult for a student to arrange the same amount again. 7) I told the whole concern to the Flipkart Customer Care Executives but they are not doing anything. 8) Thus a great trouble and inconvenience I have faced due to Flipkart. What should I do to do complain and get a compensation from Flipkart?

Okay, so here is my story. On 7th of October I ordered for a book @127+30(shipment charge)= 157 in snapdeal and that amount was deducted from my bank account. But the payment procedure did not complete somehow ( obviously that was not fault ) and order section in snapdeal shows nothing. I called snapdeal customer service and they assured me to refund my money withing 24 hours. Well, 7 days has been gone but I did not get a single penny from them snapdeal. So how can I move against them?

go to your bank and get traction id after that you can prove that your money is credited to snapdeal.

As per the amount slab mentioned by you, one has to file a complaint case in the District Forum or State Commission and if the order passed by the District Forum is unfavourable, you can appeal in the State Commission and again if the order passed by the State Commission is unfavourable, you can appeal in the National Commission and lastly appeal can be made against the impugned order in the Supreme Court.

bro i ordered a phone for mother of 10000 from amazon and when I opened the box, it contained a powerbank of rs 500. They took away the old phone which i had to exchange and in return i got a powerbank. The box has a bill which has a different address and name. I had registered a complaint regarding lagging and heating issues in HP laptop within warranty. Engineer visited my home and replaced a part. After 2-3 hrs I faced the same issue so I informed him. He told some other part is required so he will order that. After few days I called him and he said sir your case is closed (without asking me). By this time my warranty had expired. They knew about this and also, this time part to be replaced was entire motherboard. Now they say I have to pay for it, despite fighting with them for over 2 months. My case was registered within warranty period and was closed without my permission. Please tell me what to do sir!

If you hire a lawyer or appoint an agent/ representative, then you need not have to visit the forum or the commissions personally because basically cross-examination won't take place in case of consumer complaint cases.

ISSUE........ i ordered a mobile from amazon by cash on delivery,and successfully placed, they give me a date where i have to get my product in my hand, but i did not get it to that date, then i contact to the Amazon then they said me that the package is lost somewhere during the transportation,so ask for another phone at 12000 rs price because the actual cost of the phone is 13500 i ordered it on the discount of 1500 rs means i have to pay 12000 rs while i received that phone, bt now they didn't give me any phone on 12000 rs and told me we can't do anything for that because it is a cash on delivery . so i have to file cash for it or not

Sir I was ordered samsung mobile from Amazone but today delivery boy gave me a sealed package and i told deilivery boy to wait and let me check my samsung mobile. i just started opening the package the courier boy ran on his bike very fast. I was surprised by his this action but very next movement i found the reason because there was a videocon mobile inside the package. I tried to call the boy but he kept his mobile off. I have launched an police case and complain with amazon. Let us hope my money or mobile may come to me. Today whole day i keep on running around Amazone customer care and Naraina Police station. Amazon is saying they will investigate the matter and revert back to me after 5 working days. I donot know what will happen but right now i am feeling moral down

I order washing machine on emi...on 12 October..and show me to diliverd on 26 October...but till date not diliverd washing machine...and every day I call on customer care ..they say wait 24 hour ,48 hour...today 16 November...and still waiting for washing machine... yrr pls koi solution ho to do....ab kya Kiya ja Sakta he iska?..

hello i m kunal my problem is that i have ordered phone from snapdeal and i assked for replacement i refused to do soo. and sent back my product and when opend it the handset was not present only charger and manual guide was present in it and i tried reaching them they refused to give me my phone as well as my money so what do i do know

Agar mein ek vu ka led leta hun and agar wo warranty period ke andar kharap ho jata he. uska service engineer or consumer Care help line mujhhe thik se service provide naa kare to kya mein VU ke khhilaf case file kar sakta hoon??

hi sir on 3march 2018 ko maine bajaj showroom maladn mumbai se avenger bike li . mai uttrakhand. maine amount cheque se pura diya .and bike miare pass i mahine baad aayi ..jabki sales man ne kaha tha ki wo 7 days mai delivery dega ..and uske baad bike ka insjurance and road tak mai fir ek mainina lagate hai and jab mai call kerta hu ki mjhe rc kab aayegi to wo mjhe batate hai ki sir aap ki gadi ragisterd nhi ho sakti rto se kyuki rent agger,ent ragisterd nhi hai maine apne owenr se baat ki usne mana kiya soo maine sales excutive ko bola ki nhi ho sakta wo bola ki mjhe 3000 extra do mai banwa duga ..and abe 6 mahine ho gaye the gadi maire pass thi jab mai unhe kaha ki bike k no nhi aaye hai aap mjhe maira paisa refund ker do and gadi rakhe lo ... and wo bolte hai batata hu sir mai and than koyi follow up nhi unki side se and jab mai jata hu to bolte hai ki cancle ho jayegi aap jadi chore do ac no de do and 7 din mai ac mai paisa aa jayega aapke ;pass.. and mai waait kerta hu 18 din tak na call pic kerte hai aur karete hai to bolte hai kichaque mai jo sir sing kerte hai wo nhi aaye hai and jab ham manager se baat kerrte hai to wo kahtaa hai ki sir wo cancle nhi ho rahi ham ragisterd kara k dete hai ... i want my money back .. unhone false promiss kiya and maine bike apne home town se already book ker li thi... and wo paise dene se mana ker rahe hai plz help me.

Sir, Maine nokia 5.1 order kiya tha. 13/10/2018 ko delivery hona tha. Courier boy phone le aaya. Humare pass uss time cash nahi tha. To humne card payment kara, but courier boy k card swap machine pe transaction failed aaya. Bt humare account se paise cut chute the. To humne courier boy ko btaya. To to unhone kaha 1 din paise refund ho jaenge. Lekin paise avi tak refund nahi hue. Or phone humme nahi mila. Usne aage ki delivery scheduled kr di h. Sir please meri help kare.
