Hey Pete. Question for ya. I think I have common Bermuda at our house. It’s dormant now. We just bought our house in Nov; we live in San Diego. The previous homeowner laid down dwarf fescue in the front over the Bermuda- I think he thought he would get better curb appeal during the listing. I’m pretty sure the Bermuda will take over the fescue once it’s out of dormancy as you’ve said in your videos. Can I seed the back with a hybrid mix? Do you sell that? Will hybrid Bermuda seeds germinate if I allow it to get longer? There is so many types of Bermuda out their it’s confusing. I just like what you’ve done here and wanted to see if you sell that seed. Does Bermuda grow east in that clay soil? Looks very compacted but that’s nice if it does grow well in it.

Bermuda is king! Still not brave enough to overseed with rye yet. 2 acres is a lot to control and my pockets are shallow, correction, my pocket is shallow, I only have one on my pants.

I wanted to kill one section of my yard and try some bermuda grass after watching some of your videos. I was looking at the grass seed this past weekend and holy smokin guns that stuff is expensive. I may just throw some fertilizer on my weeds and move on. 😂😂
