Hi Tatiana - this was extremely really helpful!! Going through sample phase. Was just thinking ahead when I am satisfied with a particular supplier and drafting up a contract - do have template for that I could follow?
Curious as to who writes up the contract with the supplier. If there a reusable example to use? Also, if you find that they are not holding up their end are you out that money? Like your first example, was that 5k a wash? Your videos are so informative and encouraging. Thank you!

I think you forgot to teach rule no 1 . Never chat on other platforms like WhatsApp, skype etc because in case if you lost your inventory you can't file case on alibaba for refund if your supplier do anything wrong or lost your inventory

I can give the audience some advise on how to identify, verify, vet and choose new offshore suppliers and manufacturers based on my many years of experience working with China and Low Cost Country manufacturers. Some of this content may be the same as Tatiana's and some may be content not mentioned. My advise below is mostly for those who are trying to build LONG TERM relationships with CUSTOM MANUFACTURERS. In other words, going through my advice below is worth it, if you are planning to build a relationship with a supplier and continuously buy products from them, and especially if the products you will be buying are specially made according to your samples, specifications and drawings and if the product you would like to get replicated or manufactured from scratch has a reasonable amount of detail to justify all the work listed below. Using trade agents and travelling to the factory & visiting them….these can all be beneficial, but in many cases the buyer does not have so much volume or the extra profit margin to pay for these services and expenses. Everything has a price. When you visit plants, it can take a whole day just to see a single plant and take a tour inside. If you have many of them on your list, it can take weeks of time, moving from one hotel to the next and taking long trips to go from city to another city. If this is the case, as the buyer, doing the homework properly by yourself remotely over the internet will make it possible to succeed for almost no extra cost and may eliminate the need to visit plants. It depends on what is agreed with the supplier: Did you agree that they are only responsible for production and preparing the goods in boxes for shipment? Did you agree that they would bring the goods to the seaport / airport?

That's not going to be helpful at all to you... I will be contacting different suppliers than you'll be contacting based on the products I source vs the products you source. Unless you plan to source waist trainers then I don't think you'll care to know their names.

I can't speak for Tatiana, but from what I understand from other sources is that yes, it is appropriate and somewhat common to request a video call in order to view their manufacturing facility if you are skeptical or would like to validate that they are a trustworthy manufacturer and not a trading company masquerading as one.
Hi beautiful. Do you recommend to make individual account for Amazon fba THEN find a product you want to sell, then buy the least quantity/unit, then you upload the product and image of the item on the site? Can you go over that please?
