There's a few options. You can search by key words, you can try other related NAICS codes, you can search by PSC or Product Service Codes as well.

Thanks for the video as always. What is the difference between Pre-solicitation VS sources sought. We wouldn’t treat the pre like a sources sought or traditional solicitation?

Depends on the system you are using to find gov opportunities. For instance, in GovWinIQ the system predicts when opportunities will be awarded. I've seen other tools put sources sought and RFI's under pre solicitations. Unfortunately you will just have to play with the tool you're using and see what it's doing.

If it's a Sources Sought or RFI then yes.At this point the gov is just researching how they will write the solicitation and what type of companies can fulfill. If it's the RFP/RFQ (official solicitation) then no. Only caveat I would say is if the gov did not receive any submissions then they may re post. You can always call/email but late submissions don't get accepted.

Hello I have been following you for some time now. I am ready to start bidding I was wondering what you would charge me to create a sample proposal for 3 different areas I wish to enter so I could use it as a template for my future bids. I have a commercial background and have mastered proposal writing but want to make sure I am giving the gov what they need.
