@@wattlesplays u gotta make the area look nicer where that hole is also because it’s right next to the house you could put a waterfall going from the mountain down into the river that would make the base look amazing and also add some more ambiance
I dont get it. Thats just Wattles spelled wrong. I was thinking "Waggles" you know. Cuz dogs wag their tales. But the video is weeks old, so no point in me suggesting now. Do dogs wad? What is wad?
I legit wandered around 2,000+ blocks of new generation looking for the new dog variants, and I still haven't found a single one. I really, really hope Mojang will do something about this in a day 1 update.
No way, I've been running/flying around the grove biome for 8 hours irl at least, I've burned through a stack of baked potatoes and almost a stack of fireworks! I had to eat raw meat to bring him/her home. You lucky... good looking man whose mother is a respectable person!
You don't find them if you rush about too fast. Give them a chance to spawn in. It doesn't matter if you have been there before either.. just went to local biomes that I've been to ,walking up and back around and got some of them..
@@CountryRoses That's pretty much what I tried for the first few hours, then I tried running in small circles so I don't miss one spawning behind the thick pine trees before it suffocates in the omnipresent powdered snow until I started running out of food. It was then, when I took it to the skies. You are absolutely right that you have to take it slow, so I did fly up (not too high) and descended in slow spirals - this finally worked. I guess I just got particularly unlucky with this one. All the other dogs I managed to find just by taking a stroll through their biomes pretty much instantly.
I know the Snowy Wolf is supposed to be the rarest, but I found a pack of three Snowy Wolves and still not a single Striped Wolf. I made my base in a huge badlands biome and I've searched so many wooded badlands without any luck. It's the last wolf variant I need to complete my collection.
I think it would be a cool idea for there to be an option for every dog you have that you can choose that they stay a baby and dont grow up,and then whenever you want you can disable that and the dog would normally grow into an adult after 20 mins or whatever it is Bc baby doggies are soo cute
“The new rarest dog in Minecraft is the snowy wolf” Me who lives in a grove biome and has plenty of exposed grass blocks: 🤭 Also I like naming one of my dogs “Langdum Lorgus”, as it just has a nice ring to it. Feel free to use it!
Name one Wolf-Rayet and call it Wolfie for short! A Wolf-Rayet star is pretty rare so maybe you could use the name for the pale one. For the rusty wolves: Seth, Carrie, and August (Auggie for short)
YES! Wattles thank you for the series episode! 🙏 I need to stop watching for a couple weeks so I can binge new series episodes... but I won't I have to watch them as soon as I can Oh and dog name ALPHA My dog had pups a couple months ago and that's the name of the one we're keeping!
I have issues in my old world finding the badlands wolves as well. The first (and only) ones I found were in the sparse jungle as well. I wasn’t sure if it was more difficult on old worlds. How about Velma, Daphne and Fred for dog names?
yeah because of how java passive mob spawning works its best to find new chunks or reset the old ones! waiting around could work but it might take a lot of time
@@wattlesplays so far waiting is not working so I will see what I can reset. I have done a lot more building than I have ever done so I don’t want to delete anything! I live in a mega taiga (can’t remember what type) and would love to find one of those wolves!
@@Teal182I also have a dog named J. K. Howling, but I feel like if I suggest thst name, too many people are going to take it as an invitation to start drama 👍
Hyena wolf: Chuckles Rusty wolf: Rusty Black wolf: Void Rare Snow wolf: Snowball Original wolf: Snow Brown wolf: Fudge Grey wolf: Gary All other types: still working on😅
Do you consider changing Optfine to some other performance mods, like Sodium and etc? Some people have made analysis about how it became inefficient. (I know nothing about it. Just curious on your opinion)
ive been late on the videos...and on my world i have almost every dog already...less the white wolf the badlands one(even though i have searched unloaded chunks of badlands and nothing yet) and thats it...i was lucky when i deleted chunks the pine taiga (the black wolf one i dont remember if its the old pine or old taiga) i found one of those in that very little biome near base the black one and the rusty one might be my favourite until now with the chance of the white wolf be up there as well when i get it...the white one as already a name xd cant wait to name it Ghost
In my world i went to a wooded badlands where the chunks weren't loaded before, there where loads of armadillos but no dogs. i looked for ages and couldn't find any
There's so much content for all types of minecraft players and adding better support for bedrock like finally adding hardcore and FINALLY having a good mob vote mob
@@AfroPoPs There isn't much content to begin with, Hardcore getting added to bedrock isn't bad but it's embarrassing it took them over a decade to add, and armadillos suck all of their mechanics could've been added to sea turtles.
