The hardest job when fitting an outside tap is making sure the hole drilled from the outside comes through away from any pipes or fittings!! In congested under sink space I drill a small hole from the inside but make sure it does not blow the brick!

Great video as usual like the Idea with multi solve . Fast cut pipe slice from Toolstation 3 to 4 turns and pipe cut never had any issues with them spare blades good price too

I use my own rothenberger pipe slices in college as college ones are abused. I've found them OK. Mate uses Bahco ones and he rates them. Ive got that silver line scraper. If you get a round edge stanley blade it's also great for cleaning your oven and grill glass. And for less than a fiver you can't go wrong. Scraping old silicone out is tedious. Anything flat pack I've got to be in the right frame of mind for or its getting launched. 😂😂

You can use a TMV under the sink to blend the water under the sink before it gets to the outside tap, you ounly needing one tap then, as long as the customer is comfortable with adjusting the TMV

Stick an expansion vessel right in front of the case of the boiler what could go wrong.

Engage the thread & a 2 person job 😂spray a bit of multisolve on your pipe cutters 😉
