Hydraulic brakes are the natural choice for eBikes.
Ebikes are heavier and travel at higher average speeds than normal bikes and therefore efficient and powerful stopping power is critical.
The biggest advantages of hydraulic brakes are better, more consistent braking, and significantly lower maintenance!
We offer pre-assembled or assembly-required brakes. The ‘assembly required‘ hydraulic brakes are great if you wish to pass the brake hose through your bike frame. The ‘pre-assembled’ brake hosing can be cable tied to your bicycle frame.
BGB hydraulic brakes can be used on any RAD Power Bike even if you have a RadWagon or if you have ‘Jones Bar’ style handlebars.
