G'day guys, in this latest video we went back out to the Ford XA Hardtop running a Brand New 351 Cleveland to fit the inner valve springs after our last video on the cam break in.

Definitely something to factor in when planning a motor build and cam choice. The roller cam gear is more expensive but does save on the labour of breaking in a cam and fitting the inner spring.
