HP making you have to pay a monthly fee in order to use ink and a printer that you have PURCHASED should be ILLEGAL. I will NEVER purchase HP again and will tell everyone I know about this scam of a company.

A subscription to Instant Ink Print-by-Page is completely voluntary. You do not have to subscribe to Instant Ink to use your HP printer. If the offer to subscribe is presented when you install the full driver printer software, simply "Skip" the option. Regards, HP Support

I added new black cartridge in my printer i followed all the instructions clean and reset printer then also i can't print in my printer HP deskjet 4826 primter any solution?????

Bought a new black cartridge 678 for my 5 year old 3545 printer from an HP authorised seller on Amazon. Worked fine for a month (hardly printed a dozen pages) and then suddenly shows Incompatible Cartridge and refuses to print. Removing the black cartridge allows the printing in single color cartridge mode. Have been told to cart the printer to service center (which is a few Km away) and that too no guarantee it will work. Now considering buying a Canon E4570 printer to replace this brick.

I have a problem with my HP printer because after I changed it to a new 305 cartridge (color) on my HP 2320, the blinking is still there, and the new cartridge is not detecting my HP printer. can you help me to try fix it.

@@HPSupport already follow the steps none of those seem to work in my printer i guess i need to switch a brand. waste my money buying new cartridge and used cartridge to test it. still Cartridge Problem in HP smart app

This is the worst HP product I have ever bought. Not user friendly at all and had to watch videos to get it set up. Then download an app I didn’t want, then they try to trick you by signing up for plus, then you have to download an app for each device you want to print from. The instructions were unclear and without watching a video I could not get at where the printer cartridges were to be installed. I bought this after having always bought HP, but it’ll be my last. Oh yeah the last printer could be printed to from any device in my network, now they want to spy on you some more so you can’t do that. You need to install their app. I am on a rant and pissed off. You’ve seen the last of my money HP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY HP is my advice.

Yes, you can use an HP printer without HP Instant Ink, HP's ink subscription service. You can use standard HP cartridges or purchase ink from other retailers. If you cancel your HP Instant Ink subscription, you can switch back to using standard HP cartridges after your current billing cycle ends Regards, HP Support

3rd fing $50 printer i buy in 3 years, got the "cartridge or account issue" after setting up a full account. Even bought the dang HP INK!!! Joke....rather than get my $50 for printer and my ink returned im going to smash this in my driveway, bye bye HP, Never Again.

If catridge are not refillable then it is costly .it cost you 10/_Rs. Per page.Don,t buy printer with catridge which is not refillable.
