Well, I have a Santa Fe that is not cranking and throwing "P3077 AND P0444" code. Funny but scary part is these issues started to happen AFTER I replaced a TPS that failed on me. This car had issue with the TPS twice this year. Now I get several codes P2111 and P1194. I saw minor smoke and smell something burning from the car before it stop turning on. Car was running great but it seems like since the TPS got replaced over last few weeks car started having all sorts electrical issues.

What size blot is the camshaft pulley???.. Looks like the end of my 1/2kn breaker bar fits in there but doesn't look like a standard Bolt.. Kinda looks round... but maybe a bolt would fit on there and I don't own them so I need to go buy some but it's curious if you knew what size it was in general so I can buy the right thing

I'm having a hard time getting the pulley off, does it have an extra bolt? I already tried with an extractor and it didn't work. Somebody help me.

See @ 35:55 where you're pushing up on the pulley to screw the top bolt in, I've been trying to do that going on 10 hours, I missed work yesterday on that part alone

What is that tool you're using for tight spaces? It doesn't look like an impact wrench or any cordless ratchet I've seen.

MAYDAY MAYDAY my crank shaft pully is smacking the frame when trying to pull it off. Did you have to lower your engine to get it off?

Is there a pen or something that connects the pulley to that gear that goes on the Belt because when I try and pull mind off it comes with it

The crank pulley came off a bit hard and I think I may have moved the reluctor wheel or pick up. Thought I got it back in place but...idles good by it under load it has hesitations. Any links on how/specs on it position.

Hello, I just change the crankshaft sensor on my xg350 with OEM part, he was running ok for a couple day and suddenly died, the next day tried to started cranks but won't start. maybe I have the same problem with the OEM sensor, why did you replace twice the sensor? please let me know. thank you.

This has been a nightmare, I pulled on the crankshaft bolt so hard that it fell out of timing so now i have to fix all the timing on the pulleys and hopefully didn’t cause permanent damage

I’m getting my timing belt replace I’m thinking just to change this too while the mechanic is there. Looks like bad engineering why would they put that there lol

Hey man did you have any noises after you put it back together? I did everything like this and now there is this slight almost knock or click coming from the crankshaft pulley

My engine sputtered twice then meant dead on the side of the interstate got it towed home spun it over and sounded like it jumped time took the timing belt covers off bet looked like new still all four cams are turning and of course the crank was turning so watching other videos I put a camshaft sensor on no change spun over still sounded like it jumped time like the old pinto 4 cylinders did back in the day I have no way of getting it plugged into a computer to test if it is the crank sensor what you recomend

No problems with even numbered cyls., so I believe the coils are fine.

clinton : time 12:00 Instead of a open end wrench I used a 10 mm socket on a 1/4 inch extension to take the bolts out.

is the pulley bolt left handed thread?

I say unplug battery 24 hour then start no throttle warm up then drive 30 min lol relearn engine computer ..
