Sonny, this video is gold dust. Personally, I’ve suffered for a long time with shoulder impingements. I have had surgery for subercromial decompressions and the types of physio you described in the past. A course of big standard exercises designed for the shoulder no matter what the symptoms. Rubbish!! I will be starting these tomorrow as my training has hit rock bottom and I don’t want anymore surgery. Thanks for posting pal.

Not as bad as squat university, but, there was still some non evidence based information being peddled there. Such as the ability to ‘feel’ strength imbalance by resisting. Nah. Releasing muscle by stopping blood flow, or releasing muscle by laying on a ball at all? No…
