How To Fix Slow Water Flow In A Waterfall Faucet 2(Clean Aerator At The Bottom Of Cartridge)? 

The procedure that our precious client wrote for us after trying it out is as follows: Remove round hot\cold water cap below handle. It pops out with finger. Using an allen wrench, loosen the nut and remove the handle. Unscrew round collar by hand Unscrew Nut with wrench Remove cartridge. It pulls right out Look inside faucet and you will see the small flow restrictor at the base. It is recessed and flush with the bottom. It has a tiny black o-ring. I used needle nose plyers to pull it out. You can clean this with toothbrush or a safety pin. Make sure all the small holes are clear. Replace everything in reverse order. If you get leaks after reinstalling, check for the alignment of cartridge, gasket is in place and metal retaining nut is not cross threaded. Make sure to align the cartridge correctly. There are two small nubs that align with faucet. There is also a 3-ring gasket on bottom of cartridge that only goes in one way. If flow is still not great, remove the tiny round o-ring in the flow restrictor all together. Hope it helps.

Thanks for posting! I got the same (or similar) faucet from Wayfair, and it’s down to a trickle! I’ll give this a try!

This is the second BWE Fossett I’ve had to fix I don’t wanna have to continue taking these pink things apart and cleaning them so I drilled a small one 16th inch hole through the center of the flow restrictor and remove the screen from the other piece I did this on my last repair over a year ago and I’ve had no problems with it

Bummer! Took it apart, as you’ve shown, but the screen was clear. Cleaned it anyway, rinsed it all out and thoroughly inspected the “innards”. No supply hose or washer obstruction, water pressure is quite high. Still no good, very low flow out of the faucet… This is the 3rd unit I’ve screwed around with. They all worked GREAT when first installed, but each of them gradually delivered diminished water flow within 6 months of use. I’m giving up on these “no-names” and buying a Moen, Delta or some reputable brand. I’m tired of sinking hours of time and effort into these “jalopys”!

After a ton of analysis, I figured it out… remove the stupid black O-ring. You’re welcome.

I had two of these and within 6 months I had to replace both of them. I bought another brand and within six months I am having the same issue. The problem is junk made in China.
