That’s so easy. Just make it a paid game with no packs or battle pass. Complain about unbalanced cards yeah, but now everyone has equal access to every part of the game so anything and everything can be fun. Anyone can be as competitive or goofy as they want whenever they want with no restrictions from a garbage random pull or absolute trash progression system.
Thanks for doing these videos, I started playing during Sunken city so often see a lot of unfamiliar minions when I’m playing wild and things get evolved / devolved, I like watching these for a bit of the history of the cards and how power crept the game must seem today to people who played back then
I would like to see Genn reduce the hero power cost by (1) instead of just setting it to 1 mana. I don't know if even DH would be any good, besides maybe some Kurtrus hero shenanigans but I think it'd be fun.
great video, only comment i have is about the offhand remark over fan the hammer being buffed to 4 mana deal 8 because that would ruin the flavour of the card
Liam could probably make legendary cost one given how new Skymother aviana was unplayable at 6 mana and sees limited play on standard with 5 mana and he transforms only 1 mana anyway so its hard to get more than 10 legendary minions anyway.

with cards like cinderstorm I always wonder how they would play if they said: „Deal 1 dmg 5 times, randomly split amongst all enemies“ and thus essentially doubling in power with already 1 spell damage minion. With something like Sif it would be insanely broken (given an empty board) but it might be fine in wild. Spell dmg minions don’t live longer than the turn the are played (in mage especially)
As someone that played Spectral Cutlass for years, I think it would be better if it was cheaper, +2 durablitly would make it extremely easy to get endless durability
I'd really like to watch some more wild gameplay, especially people playing competative decks (don't have to be tier 1, but not full on meme. Think about nohandsgamer but for wild. Any suggestions would be appreciated
You should do a powerpoint video on hero cards that were released by themselves (Hagatha, Zul'jin, Headless Horseman) as opposed to the ones from KotFT or AV.
Aviana a 7 mana 7/7 with taunt : dormant for 3 turns On each players turn the first card played costs 0 Awakens turn 10 into titan basically get 20 mana to combo with owl
Hunting Mastiff at 1 mana 2/1 seems too strong to me, it just has too much flexibility and power at 4, 5, 6 mana and beyond. I like the idea of it being 1 mana, but if an echo rush as a 2/1 is too strong, no statline would work at 1. I'd probably make it a 2 mana 4/1, it's still very powerful and flexible then, but a lot more fair. That said, it could be too weak then, and your proposed change isn't *too* far out of line, it would just be one of the best removal cards in wild. But that might be okay.
