I came across a problem that none of these worked for but I figured out it was a faulty USB cable. I switched the cable and it worked.

I have same problem in my laptop but in Next Greater Node In Linked List I can see only ON BATTERY AND PLUGGED IN SO, I should disable both the options

I removed the annoying notification by turning off notifications related to USB devices. There aren't any problems with my ports, it's just the computer going bonkers. With the notifications off, it'll annoy me no more.

It works for me. But other problem comes up, my USB port isn't working properly. My laptop can't read devices that I connect to USB ports like mouse, flashdisk, and ect.
