Well done on explaining the fundamental controls in such an understandable way. That's the first time I've actually grasped the concepts. I now appreciate the complexity of combining the controls - I bet it's frightening for fresh trainees! I guess it's like any motor function though: the more you practice, the more you commit the actions to muscle memory.
Thanks for the message. You are correct, the more you practice the better it becomes. Indeed, frequency is extremely important in the beginning. We see the best results with students who train at least 3 times per week, that way the muscle memory really adapts and learns.
