Awesome vid! Keep up the good work! I’m doing my Moshimoto intercooler today. I also appreciated the “I’m not totally comfortable vlogging in public yet. But, we’re at target” 😂😂
Almost 8 minute video on lower grill delete: 1 minute - grill removed 7 minutes - new camera bag XD love it... I actually have been wanting to remove that piece... I am fully bolted (stage 3, Cobb OTS stage 3 / 93 oct tune)..and i hate that my cPE FMIC is still somewhat hiding behind those grills. Even with all the baffeling/plastic grill pieces out its not as noticable as i wanted. I think Ill try this when i get home, but Ill prob leave the nubs. I like to be sure I can put stuff back to factory if i need to trade it in. Thanks for the 'how to'...only difference I've noticed is my ST has a required front plate mount...so that partially blocks the IC flow too
Yeah haha I have a minimum length I like my videos to be so I was like hm, maybe Ill just vlog the rest of the day😂But yeah it definitely helps with the flow to get rid of the active vents back there too if you're gonna.
@@BenLovrien Yeah I already have the active vents removed as I already had a FMIC installed. All I had on there was the grill you pulled off. I ended up removing it when I got home..looks good but I need to paint the 3 vertical bars and side nubs, and probably the lower center lip to help hide them. Thanks for the suggestion!
better method: go through a car wash and get distracted because water is leaking inside. roll out and hit the exit sign, lower grille will just pop off :)
