This was the worst purchase I ever made back in 2018. I had nothing but issues with that piece of junk machine. It was the slowest hunk of junk I have ever owned, lagged more than actually did anything and eventually ended up getting cracked in half across my knee with very litter effort, and is on its way to the landfill. I even tried upgrading the RAM and did nothing more to increase performance. My mother recently upgraded her laptop, and gave me her old one. I am using a 10 year old gateway NV53A from 2010 that has more power and stability than that POS sorry excuse for a laptop. I installed more RAM and bought a new battery pack for it and it works fantastic! I will never own a Lenovo product as long as I live, THAT is for sure!

Hi, i have tried to installed windows 10 from a bootable USB in same model . I have formated C partition. Duration installation but after format windows was not installed. Now laptop automatically went to repair option when ever I turn on . But it won't repaired. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. I have tried all available options from F2 and F12 command. There was 2 recovery disk saved in other Partitions but I don't know how I can use. This HDD contains GPT type Partitions. I an unable to start windows. I can use only F2 and F12 command. Thanks

Is there a way to reset a laptop without being able to see the screen and not using an HDMI cord? I want to get rid of all of my data before I get rid of this messed up laptop

My laptop Lenovo ideapad 320 doesn’t go to options. It gives me and error # 0xc0000195 and it doesn’t acknowledge a boot recovery usb that I bought or the Windows 10 usb to reinstall it.
