Not a hater but your feets should be in front of your body while doing the front tuck , this converts horizontal momentum into vertical. During your punch your feets are behind your chest which makes you travel forward instead of upwards. Also thnx for this . Asked for this tutorial on the last video.
jaykishor mishra it was super dry/solid grass, so I didn’t want to punch too hard. Im definitely going to keep your comment in mind for the future 🙏🏼 next time I’ll hunt for the soft grass. I’m glad you can see the difference and I hope other people read your comment!
@@BrendanMorrisonTricking actually raw flips in tricking are useless ahahaha but yeah it needs to be trained, you can do it a very good front, Brendan.
@@BrendanMorrisonTricking I noticed this aswell. I'd also like to add that instead of focusing on bringing your head to your knees for rotation, you should focus on shooting your hips up and around your head. A better way of thinking to maintain height in my experience.
Alex CUSTARDOY I love raw flips and they are super useful in Tricking!!! In this sampler Vivien opens with a MASSIVE 540-Cart-Double Arabian. That combo is HYPE and contains the rawest of flips 🔥 Here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mld_cxu0qhk.html
I would just go for it I already know the basics lol so idk why I’m watching this but great 👍 tutorial this seems really helpful for people who don’t know the basics! Hope whoever’s watching this is going to get there front flip cya and have a nice day or night 😜
i’ve never seen your videos before but i love your way of teaching it. there’s always a visual going with your thorough explanation. i’m trying to learn a front aerial or aerial walkover but i just have that fear so i figured i may feel more comfortable with a front flip. i have my dive roll and front handspring pretty solid so i’ll have to try it!
Hi thanks for the tutorial! By the way can you make a in depth masterswipe turtorial with progression please? I know you made the one for GMS but am struggling to do the masterswipe and it's harder than the aerial in my opinion ha hah. I really want to learn the Grand master swipe and am not going to give up on the masterswipe. Thanks for reading. 🙂 Edit: Okay I tried hard and learnt it today but my wrist and arms are sore and the impact on my legs made my legs sore.
Some things you should know: slide step btw a slide step is you run one foot in front then jump 2 feet on the ground and you should get a good bounce 2 tipe: start on a tramp.then after a slide step reach up pop your hips then flip that’s what my coach said and I hope this comment is helpful
I got you! First, find something soft to land on like a mat or soft sand. That will keep your legs safe so you can build the muscle to land on harder surfaces. Second, you should drill it into the soft surface tons of times trying to land as softly as possible. The stronger you get, the easier it will be to land from height 💪🏼🔥
I pretty much have it (tramp to foam pit) but on the tuck I twist and land backwards. I think its because i do al slight chin tuck to my left shoulder. Any tips?
Can’t attempt because that fear of hitting my back while spinning mid air is just so real. I am at the front handspring stage but can’t commit to front tuck
I was also like you but just yesterday I saw my friend flip over I do not know what happened but I also just flipped over. Try a one handed front handspring.
Thanks for the tutorial but still can't do it I keep landing on my butt no matter what I do. I can do it on a trampoline standing and i still can't do it on ground!
