Try standing side on to a wall and use it to guide you down and then push off it to stand up. Try and do at least one away from the wall each time you train them.
It’s really god, I like this exercises bro, but i wold like to see some exercises to the back, some times I have hurts in my low back, can you help me with that ?
Try assisted pistol squats, where you hold onto a pole or something to help you with balance and take some of the weight off, then you can use it less and less over time
Great routine, I'll have to hold something for the pistol squat though since I'm sure i'm not the only one here in the comments that has bad flexibility when in a squat and knee pain lol
