I'm just waiting for becoming a lucky friend with my best friend. Coz no luck with Normal Meltan Trades. Already got 3 Meltmetal with double moves. 500+ XL candy as well
@Joseph C. Well your wrong there m8. Meltan is ONLY mythical thats tradeable cuz it doesnt have any specifik region dex entry etc... So lucky shiny melmetals is possible :)
@Joseph C. Also good things is that Meltan/Melmetal is an exception for Defending the Gyms as well, as normaly Mythicals (or Legends) can't defend gyms (as far as i know).
I was fortunate enough to get a 100IV Meltan. The unfortunate part was it was a level 1 pokemon. I have since leveled it to 50 and double-moved my Melmetal. It's hands down the most expensive investment in the game. 304 candy to level 40. Another 400 to evolve. 296 XL candy. 519,0000 stardust. Plus the second attack for 100,000 dust and 100 additional candy. I got the XL candy prior to the guaranteed xl candy. I have a second hundo that I was able to max out to 50 thanks to the guaranteed XL candy.
Great video I have finally done this after hearing other people on Twitter talking about it and never seeing a video on how to exactly go through the whole process!!! Thanks again!!!!
Great video bro, im using poke home often for this :) have 3k+ XL candies xD plus i FINALLY got my shiny heracross after like 60 raids ! soooo happy :D
That was an informative video, I'll try to install and use Pokemon Home to obtain Meltan boxes (though I can do it via the switch as well). If you are really particular in maxing out a pokemon to level 50 just to get to the next XP level (Level 48) then you may make it more difficult for yourself. If the pokemon doesn't really matter you could gain a lot of XL with regular pokemon that just simply spawn a lot (Bunnelby, Pickchu) or spawn frequent and have/had a community day. I think by now I can max out bunnelby for the 2nd time just because of the amount of spawns (but I will not max that out...). I didn't experience too much of a challenge, it just happened by simply catching a lot (I was more like surprised I had enough XL for these common spawns). Thanks for the tip of Pokemon Home vs. Meltan.
Thank you for this! So many RU-vidrs just report Leekduck info but few of them actually try to do anything themselves or go outside of that any more. I didn't know about this, so I only have the 1 Meltan from the quest.
I'm really discouraged right now. Since Monday last week I've been getting 3 or more wins in pvp in every set every day. Since this morning I've been loosing every match, all the progress I've made is gone. It's mostly because the lag is back. It just freezes in the middle of a match. Most matches I've lost because of the lag and freezing. This isn't funny anymore. Just once in pvp I'd like to get to the highest rank, but because of the lag and freezing I just can't get there. Last night I was so freaking close, now it's gone, again. To get back to where I was yesterday I need to win the next 10 matches, then another 10 matches in a row tomorrow.
