Hello, nice video! I have an off topic question: any courses (from good schools) with 2 years or more of duration are eligible for the 485 visa? At the moment I'm not rich enough to pay for a high level course... Should I keep studying until I get ths money or a simple course that meet the requirements are ok to make more money (work full time) to a great a course?

The course of chef is cheaper and leads you to 485 subclass but no idea of duration check online.

Depends Gabriel on the course and the requirements for the 485 visa. Too complicated to cover here in detail. For example a Diploma in Nursing will not qualify for the 485 visa but a Certificate III and IV in Cooking could. Please book a time to discuss. Thanks for watching and supporting this channel

What does 16 calendar months mean when it comes to claiming 5 points for Australian qualification ? Is the 16 months criteria also applicable for regional study 5 points as well? Does this mean if the course duration is 24 months 8 months can be studied offshore online ? Thank you for clarifying

Hi! I’ve received a nomination by NT Government for 491 visa as a Civil Engineer, and I also received an e-mail from skillselect to apply for this visa. I would like to know if the department of home affairs will assess my documents based on my points claimed in the EOI, as well as the specific requirements from NT Government, or they will evaluate my documents only based on my points claimed in my EOI. Tks!

Hi Alex well done! It is crucial that you are able to reach the points claimed in your EOI otherwise your application will be refused. Usually the type of documents will be the same but they will not assess your desire to remain in the NT like you had to show to get the sponsorship. Best of luck in your future. But we cannot ask any release letter since on ACT government website it says that they will not give any release but inform the Home affairs immediately . Hello First i arrived in Australia 🇦🇺 as sub 309 in September 2018 then got my PR SUB100 in April2019.. in March 2021 in pandemic ,i left Australia with 10 months exemption for my mom sickness . (it s same sex relationship) But my partner d already sponsored 2 his previous partner 10 years ago. They both were granted. One is still in Australia but the other is not in Australia.
