if you're wondering how training legs helps with size, increased testosterone and impved blood flow in the general area. not to mention high reps of some leg movements is probably the best cardio bro. trust me... that is will have you light headed... stronger lowerbody also puts some power behind your stroke game and sometimes dudes dont hit them spots just cuz they aint thrusting hard enough

I only train them once a week and yet my quads and glutes are quite big. I think I was cycling and squating so much back in my teenage years that I got that nuclei overload. In other word I created more muscle cells, not just growing them. But if you’re legs are behind you should train them hard every 4th-5th day. A squat and a hip hinge movement is really enough, no need for isolation

I wouldn't say a lunge movement is necessary. Also make sure to train your adductors. They add a little size but also a lot of stability to other leg exercises.

i need to say that the leg day exercise you showed is a bit bad because you are using a belt which shows that you were not using your core as the stabiliser so that also gives you fake confidence that you can take more weight than you actually can. id say for legs you should do squats, deadlifts, lunges/bulgarian split squats & hip thrusts, if you get bored of lunges & hip thrusts you can do something else like sled pushes & pulls, or just leg extensions & leg curls. but try to keep your core in work to build very functional muscle

If anybody has not noticed a pattern, I will point t it out. ALL videos saying "Get bigger" or "Stronger, harder amd longer lasting" suggest doing exercises that deal with legs (some even throw in core). This is because the extra blood flow and attention to lower muscles, especially those near the groin, will promote better blood flow to the one eyed snake lurking in the zipped cave. Stretching with also greatly help as it will remove potential knots amd also promote better blood flow. But please remember, cover your pocket rocket before you stick it in her socket

I mean, maybe huge thighs have a way of decreasing the "rep range" (stroke lol) just as much as being over weight with a huge belly covering your dick root, but not sure there's some science saying theres a connection. And what about those who had small thighs but then trained them to more size - did their Johnson shrink? Lol. Just my 2 cents. I can say though, training legs will have you hitting the bottom. Running or anything that causes increases blood flow in the lower body has seemed synonymous to training the 3rd leg to me. Noticable errection gains! Lol

Wrong, high intensity training with 1 heavy set to failure requires more than 4 days off on the same muscle group. Growth happens only after recovery, repair phases.

You can get bigger down there by losing fat and weight, for every 22lbs you lose, you'll gain an extra 0,5 inch in length. So for big fellas like me there's no better motivation than this.

I have a dedicated quad and ab day, and a dedicated ham and ab day. And if I skip a leg day (which it happens) I make sure to have 1 combo day where I hit the muscles as heavy and as destructive as possible. This way I make up for the lack of volume with intensity. Don’t skip legs fellas, best thing I did, I get compliments by ladies about my thighs looking larger now. Bonus: Your thrusting and stamina get better!

I work all day on my feet walking, jogging, and climbing. Ive lost 30 pounds recently but my thighs are still muscly. I do need to work on my calves though lol
