Great video as usual and will use some of this as I train my athletes this week. Have you ever or could you do a video focused on acl injury prevention? I coach a lot of females and just see way too many acl injuries in female athletes. Many reasons of course why but wanted to get your take.
It’s important to note that on the falling start you do not want to break at the hips, keep your torso inline with the shins sure but breaking at the hips reduces force output which will in turn causes a reduction in acceleration speed
