I have my first day of work on Monday and I'm pretty sure I am getting sick, I rarely get sick but when I do something important or fun that's happening 🙄 thanks for the tips and tricks I'm sure they are going to help ♥️

i'm about to try this out, i moved away from my home town about 5 months ago and haven't seen my best friends in what seems like soooo long. i'm going back to visit this week and of course 2 days before i get hit with a awful cold. hopefully i'll be well enough to go or at least see them one day this weekend.
What is easier for me is i get a bucket of hot water from the sink and a mini towel and i put the towel in the water and put it on my face for a while. It feels so good too

You probably shouldn’t go …. It’s not like you’ll never get to go to a sleepover again. Better to miss it than have people mad at you because you went to their house knowing that you’re sick.
@@Candied_yamzbig agree. Someone showed up to my birthday sleepover knowing they were sick and I got the worst cold I’ve ever had. Never allowed them over again, especially because they knew me and my father are immune compromised
If you have a lot of congestion and a lot of nasal mucus and chest phlegms I recommend eat a garlic but actually chew it for a bit let the spice kick in and then swallow P.S. Keep a glass of water ready
Yes sleep is important we’re I live in winter conditions of minus 30 I don’t dress up heavy to the point of sweating it just makes matters worse, and sometimes I dress light to condition my immune system, if I am shivering then I know I am about to be sick, it helps to take zinc and a D3 supplement or code liver oil in the winter months plus you can rinse your nose with warm water and turmeric and last rude neck and chest with Vice Rub Oh and drink plenty of fluids
I’m just tired of this sore throat lol Every time I wake up I feel like my throat, nose, and back of my mouth is full of irritating goop which isn’t very cash money
i'm a male want to let you know i have a cold sometimes and i been having trouble sleeping lately i do drink alot of water but i'm not going to force myself to always drink lots of water f i don't always feel that thirsty i only drink alot of water if i do feel that thirsty but if i don't then i don't have to drink that much think it's ok to drink little bit of water if we don't always feel that thirsty
