How to get rid of double chin

I hate this part of my face SO much. I am developing the line strongly and I am just in my 30s

I searched Amazon, and found kinesiology tape designed specifically for the face. People complained in the reviews section, of various brands of body tape that rips the skin, so make sure it's meant for the face.

This is very helpful. Can you share what the best tape to use is and where it can be purchased? I have seen kinesiology tape with different stretch and I wonder if that makes a difference? Thank you!

Does this stretch the muscle? I'm having problems with clearly stiff eyebrow contraction muscles from a lot of frowning and crying recently. My skin is healthy and im only 30 years old, but the two lines between the eyebrows have gotten crazy visible in the last 6 months, and the eyebrow muscles are tight and sore.

Hi Aysel, I seem to be having better luck placing small pieces horizontally right between the eyebrows and slowly going up with bigger pieces, all horizontally. Or am I doing this wrong? Your method does not seem to be working for me. Thanks.
