@@tolloromassi99 l saw improvement just in first day..so kept it as a habit for few days..don't exactly remember.. but it helped and l didn't take any medication. Although my hemorrhoids was not in advanced stage.
Increasing intake of fiber and lots of fluids like water, soups and fruit juices should also help with getting rid of hemorrhoids..thank you Abe’s for watching out for everyone out there ❤❤
I am super sad. I recently had 2 days of passing hard stool (mind you, only passing motion once a day) and then poof I got hemorrhoids. I dont have costipation before this, not even today or yesterday. Just 2 episodes and all hell broke loose *cry*
@harringtonemukupa2490 i just buy it in big containner clean finger and apply gently with finger. I had hemorrhoids for a year and a half always using prep h and anusol....it never workedd goood and lived in pain everyday...i tried coconut oil 2 times a day ..after showerrin morning and before bed.. and after 2 or 3 days im pain and hemorrhoid free im so shocked but so happy and relieved..i use a little every day too as preventative measure and keeps the anus so refreshed and healed
Appreciate the video! There's a few things I felt were missing. How should one approach exercise, sitting / standing / laying down? I.e special pillows (donought, holed, memfoam etc) worth it or do they make it worse. Do we need to do anything special if we want to lay in bed reading on back for instance. There's SO much conflicting info it's impossible to know what's truly effective and what makes it worse without sifting through tons of research, and even then it's hard to know what's quality study or not without the correct knowledge, wisdom and first hand experience.
Oh yes, you are right. I agree. I havent had piles for years but started having them again since sleeping with my legs up to relax my back. Piles so bad Im going to try sleeping without legs up and see if it makes a difference.
During birth you won’t feel it… the body releases natural chemicals -- something you can do now (I got hemorrhoids after fourth baby and this helped big time ) is to do foot massages -- especially around your heel area, toes & center bottom of foot. Eat foods rich in chlorophyll- or GREENS. Best of luck!! Our children are so worth it!! Maybe look into natural foods good for the colon like yams?. 😉🥰

I never time on the toilet with my phone. I just get sucked into my thoughts and before I know it, it's been 20 minutes or even 40 minutes. Yes, I am ADHD diagnosed.
One can think about the French what one will. I always thought their tradition of having a bidet in the bathroom was a good one, for hygienic reasons and yes for piles as well. Abraham I think you missed two good tips-one is soaking piles in cammomile tea and secondly a really important one: blasting piles with icey cold showers!
One thing, clean your bum properly and let the water to clean you thoroughly from inside. Once done, use any pile ointment and take medications (if prescribes)

Too much information I know, but when, as children, we were constipated in the 50’s a small piece of mild soap was inserted. 😱 The soap mildly irritates your bowels, which helps to stimulate a bowel movement.
@@AbrahamThePharmacist Although Abraham, even today soap suds enemas are typically used for cases of constipation that haven't responded to other treatments, such as laxatives🥴
I find that when absolutely necessary, gel suppositories are most helpful as they don't burn internally the way mini enemas do. Also a couple of spoons of cod liver oil/extra virgin olive oil.
I am not a doctor, but I experienced that and it's awful, what I did is go to target and buy preparation h cream, 1. I Took a shower ( Use Irish spring soap ) and then I use a towel to dry my self and then I put preparation h, and it worked for me after 3 .....
I've got very large veins developed at the base of the annus that are so stretcher you can't touch the area . I don't have a low fibre diet or sit on the toilet longer than necessary and havnt lifted weight.

I know this is gross, but you can use a sitz bath with warm water and baking soda to do your poop in, then just pat your bottom dry with toilet paper and dump the dump into the toilet afterwards. And rinse the sitz bath after with soapy water… the only thing is you have to have the toilet in a bathroom with a walk in shower or bathtub in it to clean the sitz bath after.
Hey Abraham pls suggest me daily routine diet for 3rd grade hemorrhoids....i have no bleeding or pain....but i am unable to manage my routine like what to eat or drink and when it to take....
I literally can't poo today. 5 mins later trying to poo I realised their were 3 lumps hanging down wtf. Washed it and applied germoloids ointment but it keeps coming back.
@@mikebills3904 i saw comments to use Vick's vapor rub but I didn't have any so I applied Eagle Balm. It was similar to what Dave said about burn and it was quick. The first night, it shrank to half in a couple of hours. All next day, it remained that size. Then, I applied the balm again. In 2 hours it was gone. There are generic vapor rub in dollar store for less than $2 so I am not pushing a brand. If this helped you, please pass info on.
This is horrible. I didn’t know. I thought it was alone. This is a nightmare the pain the itching is even worse than the pain. I can’t take it anymore and I had a colonoscopy anything oh yeah well nothing serious at all. You don’t have colon cancer but you have some hemorrhoids. Well then why didn’t you take them out then because I’m in complete hell I can’t even function. It was on the toilet when he said number one don’t do this.😂
Abraham in my local area they are doing awareness on these topics and on screens in gp surgery. In my homecountry and india they have squatting toilet. I am srilankan Tamil .
