Great project! The local councils need to make projects like this more viable with either funding the purchase or higher rental yields. That will allow investors to invest with confidence in the end value. As you have demonstrated in content on your channel the financing of these units can be very troublesome. Not being able to use BTL mortgages to purchase. I have an idea that may be available to navigate that issue. Thanks.

My question is this .. would it be more beneficial to me to supply this property directly to a care provider or hand it over to an agent, middleman if you like to then pay myself and take control of the property ? regards

I know you talk about property investing in terms of someone buying a property but is there a way for someone to merely invest a sum of money so that those who know more about the needs of those who need supported can use that money to buy property wherever housing is needed. How much funding do the local authority provide to cover rent and general living costs? What would be classed as general living costs also? (Hair cuts, food, pocket money, mileage allowance etc.)
