Just try to make sure you maximize what you can within this 30-day period such as healing yourself, enjoying your own company, as well as spending time to see where it all went wrong, but only when you start to feel better, so be sure to take time to grieve first and feel the loss and cry all you want but then make an effort to pick yourself up first. Remember, you can't pick someone up (to be back in a relationship with you) if you're also feeling down yourself. Now is the time for self love. Too many texts, pictures, & then it turned into him trying to guilt me, he was all over the place. But when he finally gave up- 6 months later and cut off the contact, I started to think about him again and started to think of the positive points of the relationship. The best thing to do right now is to admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. Your best bet is to cut off contact completely for around a month in order to clear your heads. Your ex would likely to come back if you've got your sh*t together than if you were begging/pleading. Well, there are a few rare who take their exes back if you beg/plead but it hardly ever lasts since these people are taking their exes back out of pity. So my point is, don't let your ex take you back out of pity, all right? The best way to avoid that is to work on yourself and get your life together by having fun, hobbies, etc. and to STOP chasing your ex. How about this: I get texts from my Ex usually every few months with some kind of obvious sentimental notion (from straight-up: "I miss you, I love you," to reminsces about past romantic events we had). However, any reply to those texts goes totally ignored. I've tried returning the sentiment, leaving long gaps, asking what the meaning of the message is, to totally ignoring her, and all have yielded nothing. Where am I supposed to go with this? I was in No contact for 30 days with my boy friend who is living another country. . My question is :If he doesnt want to Skype (to see me)after the duration of sending message that now im doing ,how can i make him back? How can i erase my word from his mind?

She's not completely over you if the breakup was recent, but she will be if you keep making the same mistakes. Apologizing, when there's really nothing to apologize for is really weak, considering how she dumped you in the first place and is indeed wanting to end things with you. Remember, you wouldn't want her to be nice to you, you want her to be into you. The clue on what you should do is already in her answer to you, give her space. As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. So it boils down to two options, really. 1. Employ no contact and keep your dignity while respecting your ex's decision to breakup (why push yourself to someone who doesn't want you?) or Option 2: Do not do no contact and be pathetic. I always advise people to choose option 1 but really, which option you choose is ultimately up to you.

Get to the root cause of the issues first. Perhaps take an anger management class so you can perhaps channel your anger in a less destructive way so people around you won't get affected as much.
