God Bless you both! ❤️ I feel like I’m on the cusp of a healthy cycle. I have started getting my period but it’s not regular and PMS is horrible. It’s like I’ve been giving it more but still have work to do. Thank you so much for sharing this interview.

Raw Meat fish dairy and eggs are what helped me get my period back no sugar no carbohydrates no processed foods I feel better by eating actual food

i Have a question towards the caloric intake of the messurements of healthy women . you said something between 2330 kcal and 2500 was this messured in clinic environment with not much movement at all? and what is "active"? did they expand their calories in everydays life ( 10.000 steps) ?

If you are shorter than 5’6” do u you need less than 2500?

@@FoodFaithFitness Eryn was very deep in anorexia and would have needed thousands and thousands of calories to make up all the energy-debt that had accumulated. She died at the beginning of January.
